Air Esscentials to Create Upscale Fragrance for Ultra-Opulent Porsche Design Tower

Miami-based provider of environmental scent systems Air Esscentials was selected to create ambient scenting for Miami’s 57-story condominium, the Porsche Design Tower on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.  The unprecedented residential high rise is designed to let residents ascend to their $6.2 million private apartments while still in their vehicles in one of three glass car elevators.

Air Esscentials to Create Upscale Fragrance for Ultra-Opulent Porsche Design TowerAir Esscentials has fitted the common areas of the Porsche Design Tower with its state-of-the-art cold air scent diffusion equipment, so that residents and visitors would enjoy a signature scent created by skilled perfumists at Air Esscentials. The sophisticated and upscale signature scent opens up with top-notes of bergamot and cooling eucalyptus, filled by notes of night-blooming jasmine, lily of the valley, rose, gardenia and star anise, and finishes with warm, balsamic, sandalwood, oakmoss and white musk base-notes. A lighter fragrance reminiscent of lavender leaves scents the Spa, Vichy Shower and Treatment Rooms, giving them a lovely, uplifting and soothing ambiance.

The Porsche Design’s ‘The Essence’ cologne was chosen as the premium scent for the lobby, lounge/bar, clubroom, fitness area, and other amenities throughout the building.  This scent will compliment the elegant interiors of the Porsche Design Tower and to keep in the tradition of using Porsche Design products throughout. Andrew Richards, Vice President of Development & Construction for the Porsche Design Tower has confessed that the signature scents for the Spa and treatment rooms are going to coincide with the tranquility of those unique spaces.  The scents certainly compliment the environments within the building which, without question, have defined a new standard of living.
