The new state-of-the-art Aston Martin Auckland showroom was officially unveiled an an exclusive soiree for VIP clients. The event also celebrated the arrival of the first Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition delivered to New Zealand, marking its official availability locally. Additionally guests witnessed a unique showcase of classic automotive greats, with a collection exceeding NZD$12 million, including an Aston Martin Vulcan, Vanquish Zagato, One-77 and DB5.
Situated in a new nine-level, 5,900 square metre Giltrap Group headquarters, Aston Martin Auckland offers the floor space to showcase up to 15 vehicles alongside a contemporary service centre, modern delivery suite and two luxurious customer lounges. The new multi-million dollar showroom on Great North Road displays the entire Aston Martin range over two floors, along with a collection of pre-owned Aston Martin vehicles. The new facility is New Zealand’s largest and most prestigious combined automotive showroom and office development, which is the first building of its type to target a 5-star Greenstar Design rating.
The highly collectible V8 Vantage Red Bull Racing Special Edition has been created by the marque’s in-house personalisation service Q by Aston Martin. Available with Aston Martin’s characterful V8 naturally aspirated power units, and also available in a V12 variant, both Vantage Red Bull Racing Special Editions are equipped with a range of distinguishing features for the most devoted Formula 1 enthusiast.
Taking inspiration from Red Bull Racing’s distinctive race livery, the vehicle is dressed in a deep Mariana Blue paint finish as standard. Gloss Tungsten Silver or satin Mariana Blue exteriors are also optional. Complementing Aston Martin’s signature paint finish is a race-inspired carbon fibre splitter, diffuser, grille and side strakes. Red infills on the carbon fibre grille and yellow calipers complete the iconic color scheme.
