The Caverhill Residence is the modern house, which features incredible views of Los Angeles, was used in commercials for Samsung, Intel, Microsoft, Range Rover, Mercedes and Sony Music and in The Weeknd’s “Star Boy” video, has hit the market for $6.3 million. The Zoltan Pali-designed house is fully automated and has been meticulously designed to present the relationships between structure and elements, home and statement. Zoltan Pali is architect of L.A.’s Getty Villa, Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, and forthcoming Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

The 4,600 square foot house features four bedrooms and six bathrooms on three levels and includes 1,000 square feet of shaded indoor-outdoor space, with an infinity pool on the ground level.

Located on the main level, the living room, dining room and kitchen are floating above spectacular views of Los Angeles and beyond. The master wing is appointed with dual baths, dual closets, a media room, a bar and an office. There are two more bedroom suites which open to the entertainer’s back yard with patio and infinity spa. Fleetwood window systems offer emotional views and scenes from every room.
