The Caverhill Residence is the modern house, which features incredible views of Los Angeles, was used in commercials for Samsung, Intel, Microsoft, Range Rover, Mercedes and Sony Music and in The Weeknd’s “Star Boy” video, has hit the market for $6.3 million. The Zoltan Pali-designed house is fully automated and has been meticulously designed to present the relationships between structure and elements, home and statement. Zoltan Pali is architect of L.A.’s Getty Villa, Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, and forthcoming Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
Completed in 2009, the exterior style of The Caverhill Residence is dominated by futuristic “fin” design that controls light and shade creating a prism effect.
