New York Times bestselling author Deepak Chopra teamed up with Property Markets Group and Delos to create seven health-conscious residences at Muse Residences Sunny Isles in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The Oprah Winfrey’s “happiness” guru has fitted the two- to five-bedroom residences with state-of-the-art wellness technology that focuses on air, water, and light.
Designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott, Muse Residences Sunny Isles includes 68 residences that span the width of the building and feature expansive balconies and stunning views. Emphasizing a rare union of artistic inspiration, superlative home-technology features, and an exclusive oceanfront property, residents live concealed from rushes, lines or crowds. Scheduled to be completed in summer 2017, the 49-story slightly twisting 649 foot high luxury condominium tower will deliver full finished and furniture ready homes.
Deepak Chopra focused on the design aspect, choosing natural colors and furnishings that would have a calming, positive affect on residents’ moods. Interiors feature beautiful, 8′, Italian entry doors, exquisit marble and wood flooring, custom Italian cabinetry, and personalized art from Helidon Xhixha. Expansive master bathrooms feature fabulous Dornbracht and Duravit plumbing fixtures, while the master bedroom boasts a midnight bar.
Deepak Chopra has equipped seven residences with an elaborate air purification system that is capable to remove allergens, toxins, and other pollutants from the air. The water filtration system reduces chlorine, lead, and other traces, resulting in fresh, clean water. And the Circadian lighting system creates lighting conditions that mirror natural sunlight throughout the day, keeping one’s circadian rhythm in check. It took Delos 8 years of research and development to create the technologies of that kind.
