To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Caves du Roy nightclub at the legendary Byblos hotel in Saint Tropez, Dom Pérignon has released five limited-edition Methuselah designs. The style of each Methusaleh reflects a decade from the last 50 years, from the psychedelic 70s to the captivating 10s. One of the most famous nightclubs in the world, Les Caves du Roy is a dance temple that defies age and time. Located within the renowned Hotel Byblos, the club is a sanctuary of modern music. The club maintains the same look sported since it foundation 50 years ago ; baroque columns with gold brocade still tower above VIP booths embroidered with the notorious Byblos insignia and oriental touches.
The Dom Pérignon x Byblos anniversary collection features the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003, which is a sophisticated wine both for novices and connoisseurs alike. Cellar master Richard Geoffroy describes it as “a duality between restraint and expression,” but above all for him this particular vintage speaks to their deep-rooted philosophy and commitment to the brand’s legacy. The 2003 Vintage is developing into its second plénitude, expressing its capacity to transform with even more intensity, precision and vigor.
Dom Pérignon Byblos Exclusive Series is sold exclusively at Les Caves du Roy until October 7th, 2017.
