A “dream team” of Monaco-based company Dynamiq is a producer of exceptional, luxurious, technology-laden, exhilarating grand touring…yachts. You read it right, the boat-builder has spearheaded the translation of GT car philosophy to yachts. The Gran Turismo Transatlantic series of all-occasion superyachts are designed and equipped for everything, from family cruising to vibrant deck parties.
Dynamiq’s modern shipyard, based in Viareggio, on the Northern coast of Italian Tuscany, is the place where Gran Turismo Transatlantic series is produced. Its fast displacement hull can cruise from Monaco to Saint Tropez in just over 2 hours or make the transatlantic trip from Tenerife to Antigua on one tank of fuel. A shallow draft of less than 6 feet (1.75 metres) also makes Dynamiq yachts “Bahamas friendly” providing much more cruising freedom.
At Monaco Yacht Show 2016, Dynamiq took pride in the unveiling of its first GT superyacht, the 39 metre Jetsetter. The inaugural yacht in the Dynamiq D4 series, the Jetsetter integrates a top speed of 21 knots, an enormous sun deck and an impressive transatlantic plus range of 3,000 nautical miles. Her sporty design is paired with the brand’s trademark: “Live Smart. Be Dynamiq”. Available for immediate delivery, the $15 million superyacht is currently stationed in Marina di Carrara, and will head to the Miami International Yacht Show to make it’s US debut in February 2017.
Dynamiq is the first company in the superyacht industry to introduce an online configurator where the yacht can be customized to the last detail in a clear and straightforward way. The unique configurator allows clients to select everything from the exterior paint scheme with changes viewed in real time on the virtual model to the interior finish, technical equipment, style accents, tender, crew uniforms, toys and even a crew car. The service features full pricing for every element, while a running total gives the exact price and even delivery date for the customised yacht.
The superyacht brand cooperates with the world top luxury brands and fashion houses to create the most sumptuous interiors imagined. The owners of Dynamiq vessels can have them fitted with soft furnishings and fabrics from brands such as Hermès, Loro Piana and Trussardi Casa, plus THG bathroom fittings, Christofle cutlery, Baccarat glassware, Pratesi linen and towels, and even a unique atomiser system featuring scents from Aqua di Parma that can be distributed through the air conditioning system for a subtle aroma on board.
Jetsetter’s key partners also include renowned Dutch naval architects Azure and Van Oossanen for the hull form, RINA classification society, illustrious London-based studio Bannenberg & Rowell for the interior design and Trussardi for the furniture, Technogym and others. High-end audio comes from world-famous British manufacturer Bowers & Wilkins.
Dynamiq is going to preview its new D3 (35-meter) series by Studio Porsche at the Miami Boat Show in February. Scheduled for delivery in September 2017, it is currently under construction at the brand’s shipyard in Viareggio.
