Back in October Lürssen launched the 403-foot Project Jupiter that boasts a very unique design and incorporates many striking features. Scheduled for delivery in spring 2017, the yacht features elegant exterior design by H2 Yacht Design and lavish interiors by March & White. For both design teams this is their first Lürssen yacht, and the collaboration between all parties, including Winterbothams technical services and Y.CO Management team, has worked extremely well.
The sculptured features in the superstructure of curvaceous Project Jupiter as well as huge glass windows that allows natural light into the arched atrium, make her one of the most distinctive yachts launched in recent years. March & White have created “a contemporary interior throughout, defined by timeless styling, nautical details and highly innovative bespoke finishes”. The superyacht boasts a beam of 20 metres that allows the interior atrium to open up the centre of the yacht and let guests to glimpse panoramic views of the ocean outside. These features have earned her place as 21st position in the Top 100 Largest Yachts in the World.
Despite her size, her styling radiates a very sporty and aggressive look with balanced proportions, similar to her owner’s first yacht. The exterior paint is not classic white, but a light grey to deliberately display the edges in the sunlight. The mid ship balconies are among the mosts defining details of the Project Jupiter.
