New Year at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail

For New Year’s Eve,Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail prepares “All that Glitters” New Year’s Eve Gala. The elegant evening begins with a dinner complete with carving, crostini and cheese, risotto, seafood and salad stations. The guests can enjoy the open bar, the abundant dessert station and Moët & Chandon champagne all evening long.

Flame, the Resort’s signature restaurant, will offer two festive seatings for either a five-course or seven-course dinner fit for the season. Executive Chef Marcus Stewart has curated a delightful meal that includes a decadent soup, hamachi crudo, root salad, surf and turf with bison tenderloin and Maine lobster, and an selection of festive desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Andrew Schweska.

Guests can opt for reserving the best seats in town this New Year’s Eve at The Remedy bar. They are offered to lick off New Year’s Eve Day at The Remedy’s College Football Viewing Party, enjoy deluxe seating and watch every pass, tumble and throw on the Vail Valley’s largest television screen at 165 inches.
