Paramount Miami WorldCenter

The 27-acre Miami WorldCenter is America’s second-largest mixed-use urban development and the biggest building project in Florida and Miami history. The uber-luxe residential tower Paramount Miami WorldCenter is built on top of ten blocks of new ground floor retail and hospitality space. A 500-residence luxury condominium property Paramount has the natural asset of more than four acres of open air roof space on the 7th through 9th floors.

The Paramount Miami WorldCenter will be a live-play destination within a city-within-a-city. The soaring high-rise will feature a multi-level rooftop deck and an entire floor of entertainment and spa offerings. Besides, the Paramount Miami Worldcenter is the most heavily-amenitized and amongst the tallest luxury residential towers in the U.S. It boasts the world’s largest private amenities deck, which includes resort-style pools, walking paths, gardens, bungalows, tennis courts and even an outdoor soccer field. The residential skyscraper will be 700-feet tall will have 60-stories and costs $500-million.

The Paramount Miami WorldCenter includes over 500 residences with both city and Biscayne Bay views, and most residences have their own glassed-in private balconies and outdoor space. Unlike many Miami condominium buildings, Paramount’s residences are built with full-time living in mind. The building’s smallest residence is 1300 square feet starting at $700,000 and ranging up to 6000 square foot penthouses selling for $6 million. Paramount is already almost 50% pre-sold upon just breaking ground and the first residents representing more than 37 countries currently will move in late fall 2018.
