The residential skyscraper will be 700-feet tall will have 60-stories and costs $500-million.

The building’s smallest residence is 1300 square feet starting at $700,000 and ranging up to 6000 square foot penthouses selling for $6 million. Paramount is already almost 50% pre-sold upon just breaking ground and the first residents representing more than 37 countries currently will move in late fall 2018.
