American watchmaker Movado re-launches its signature Movado Esperanza watch collection, which was first introduced in the 1980’s as an elegant open-link watch design. The distinctive character of this best-selling timepiece was defined by its striking, architecturally inspired bracelet with long, open vertical links. This signature bracelet was integrated with a round, softly curved case that complemented the simple purity of the Museum dial.
We are very excited to re-introduce the landmark Esperanza collection to all global markets this fall. Esperanza reflects Movado’s passionate commitment to timeless artistry in watch design. These updated models reflect a new modern aesthetic that subtly transforms the distinctive link bracelet. – Efraim Grinberg, Chairman & CEO, Movado Group
Sophisticated with the original open vertical-link bracelet, the new Movado Esperanza watch features a contemporary take on a classic hinged case attachment that offers “free-falling”, wrist-conforming comfort, and a push-button deployment clasp for both elegance and ultimate convenience. Its still boasts the black Museum dial, but this time the later is garnished by an outer ring of contrasting texture. This new collection includes watches in solid, gold-toned, two-toned stainless steel and embellished with diamonds models.
