Rihanna’s former massive L.A. mansion in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, which was renting for nearly $100,000 a month, is back on the market for $14.59 million. The 11,000-square-foot Rivas Canyon Road home with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a luxury kitchen, was rented out by singer for roughly eight months in 2012.
The Pacific Palisades Mansion, which was built in 2010, has a tropical villa vibe and plenty of glass sliding doors leading outside – which also provide lots of natural light. Located at 932 Rivas Canyon, the one-acre, hilltop estate contains seven bedrooms and seven baths spanning 10,929 square feet. The lavish residence opens to a two-story foyer with a skylight. A curved double staircase will take you to the main level, that includes the formal living room and dining area with a wine refrigerator and a lounge adjacent to a full wet bar. The lower level houses a laundry room and a den with a mini bar, and offers access to the multi-car garage.
The centerpiece of the chef’s kitchen is a floor-to-ceiling fireplace while the dining room is finished with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space. The master suite comes complete with a sitting area and a king-sized bed, which overlooks the pool and outdoor lounge via retractable, wall-sized windows. Dual sinks, a rainforest shower, and a separate Jacuzzi constitute the master bath, complemented by a walk-in closet with a vanity.
The real draw of the home is the elevated pool area, which comes complete with a spa, sundeck, barbecue and bar. There’s another sundeck on the top floor, and nearby is a separate 6,000-square-foot yard.
