Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni puts finishing touches on his inaugural architectural project in the U.S. Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. Scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2017, the luxury residences are developed in cooperation with award-winning Miami architecture firm ADD Inc. This expansive, amenity-rich property will feature gardens, pools, entertainment spaces and a private marina for 111 condominium residences and 15 single-family villas.
Piero Lissoni has envisioned each apartment as its own concept, where indoors is connected with outdoors, opening up the landscape with dramatically framed views. This connection to the location is evident everywhere, from the special way the marina lines the walkway, to the orientation of the buildings on the lake, to the verdant tropical plantings that lace the property.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences are located on seven acres in a quiet corner of Miami Beach on the shores of Surprise Lake. Priced from $2 million to over $40 million, the two-to-five-bedroom homes range in size from 1,700 to over 10,000 square feet, in a selection of 60 unique floor plans, with striking interiors also custom-designed by Lissoni Associati. Every residence will be wired for smart-home technology and some homes will include private elevator foyers, sprawling terraces, summer kitchens and private plunge pools.
Residents of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach will experience a low-rise community that offers the best of condo living. Along with spectacular vista, they will be greeted with a grand kitchen that serves as the home’s hearth. Bathrooms are lined in marble and anchored by stand-alone tubs. Private decks wrapped in glass offer plunge pools to perfect nature’s vision of the outdoors.
