Turkish studio Scaro Design together with Aeon Yachts have revealed their latest yacht concept. Dubbed Aeon 380, it is an avant-garde vessel which is made up of a succession of flowing curves, embracing lavish amounts of glass and lying low on the water.
Aeon 380 is two-deck cruiser that features a hull and superstructure both built using a glass-reinforced epoxy construction method. She is powered by two 1,900hp Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines that would give the yacht a cruising speed of 18 knots, topping out at 20 knots. What’s more, her total fuel capacity of 40,000 litres would allow for a maximum cruising range of 2,250 nautical miles.
Five cabins offer accommodation to a total of 12 guests. They are divided over a generous owner’s suite, two VIP suites, and two twin cabins. An additional five cabins, situated in the bow area, are available for the crew of ten people.
Aboard, Aeon 380 innovates in every way, from her spacious foredeck with its dramatic winged sun bed, to her vast interior, which takes minimalism to a new level of zen-like perfection, with pure shapes and a restrained palette of sophisticated neutrals. She is defined by huge wraparound windows and extra-large portholes, which blur the boundaries between the inside and outside worlds.
And of all the Aeon range, Aeon 380 offers the most scope for customisation to the demanding tastes of the owners. Subtle colors, caressable textures, bespoke details of finish, the addition of a top-quality Jacuzzi or bimini, there are so many ways to make her uniquely, luxuriously yours.
