The City of Miami has granted Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) for Brickell City Centre’s second residential tower, RISE. The grant will officially allow residents to move into their new homes at RISE Luxury Condominium Tower. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy can be issued by the city in the short term (90 days) for a building that still has outstanding work or permits before it can get an official Certificate of Occupancy, but is safe to inhabit.
Two 43-story towers, 564,000-square-foot each, comprised of 390 units in a variety of one- to five-bedroom condos, the REACH and RISE towers are located along S.W. 8th Street and Brickell Avenue. Each condominium building feature unique amenity spaces designed by acclaimed firm Richardson Sadeki including the lobby, library lounge, tea lounge, Hammam spa, pool deck and amenity deck.
Designed by award-winning architectural firm Arquitectonica, the residences at RISE Luxury Condominium Tower are delivered move-in ready featuring top-of-the-line fixture packages and enriched double amenities such as on premise concierge services, a half-acre amenity deck with heated lap and social pools, poolside café service, an exclusive Hammam spa with blow-out bar and nail salon, a tech-savvy children’s playroom, a state-of-the-art fitness center, secured parking garage, and 24-hour valet.
The condominium towers are an extension of Brickell City Centre’s revolutionary lifestyle concept, and are expected to set a new standard for the city’s luxury living. To promote wellness and sustainability as well as a commitment to their vibrant community, Brickell City Centre has incorporated programming such as the weekly “Farmers Market” featuring conventional and organically grown produce. Additionally, the Centre has implemented a new branded bicycle program available exclusively for their residents to reserve at their leisure.
“Receiving the TCO for RISE marks a significant milestone for Brickell City Centre and brings us one step closer to unveiling the full experience of living within Miami’s largest single mixed-use development,” says Maile Aguila, senior vice president of residential sales for the project. “Swire Properties represents something unique, special and high-end, and we are proud to share our vision and creation with our fellow neighbors,” adds Aguila.
“My approach in designing for REACH and RISE was to create amenity spaces that are an extension of the residents’ homes. I wanted to create environments where people could experience communal and memorable moments with their neighbors,” said Heidar Sadeki, founder and creative director of Richardson Sadeki.
