A sophisticated, all-day dining spot in Beverly Hills, THE Blvd partners with the legendary champagne house Perrier-Jouët, to create this year’s “it” summer patio, The Garden of Wonder at the iconic Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel. Through September 1, 2017, the popular locale overlooking Rodeo Drive will feature an exclusive menu ($28 – $70) and cocktail list ($28 – $650), set among new furniture cocooned in greenery.
THE Blvd includes a world-class restaurant and distinctive lounge area in Beverly Hills, focused on an 18-foot illuminated onyx bar and a large backlit wine display containing over 1,000 bottles.
The exclusive menu, available only in The Garden of Wonder, features dishes such as foie gras terrine with savoury French toast, rhubarb gastrique, pickled strawberries and Thai basil; vanilla maple seared local diver scallops and Maine lobster with roasted corn chanterelle risotto and basil foam; and a dessert tower with small confections, pastries and chocolates. The specialised cocktail list includes sparkling libations from Perrier-Jouët.
Designed to mimic the style of the classic green and white flora of the Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque bottle, the patio has been completely transformed, bringing in new furniture, florals and garden grass underfoot. The seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. Guests of the Hotel will be given priority seating. Outside guests will be required to spend a minimum of $200 per table during the peak hours of 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm with a maximum stay of two hours.
