The focus of the hotel is to provide the type of facilities, service and hospitality that ensures guests leave feeling better mentally, physically and wellbeing-wise than when they arrived. The Westin Sarasota will offer a full-service restaurant, lobby bar and rooftop bar. Its signature restaurant, EVOQ, was designed to evoke a sense of casual elegance.
