A little over a month since she acquired $4.5 million for the house next door to her $6 million home, beauty mogul Kylie Jenner has splashed out $12 millions on a new Hidden Hills, eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom property. The 13,200 sq foot mansion was built in 2015 and boasts 1.4 acres of stunning scenery and uninterrupted views of the surrounding valley.
Trulia listing informs that the Cape Cod-style mansion includes an ample gourmet kitchen with two islands, a home theater, a game room with a wet bar, an office with a fireplace, a gym, a massage parlor and a massive master suite complete with two walk-in closets, all-stone bathroom with his-and-her sinks, fireplace and terrace overlooking the backyard.
The Hidden Hills home also boasts an outside pool and adjoining spa, covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, a sunny courtyard, lush greenery and a private guesthouse with its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. There is a circular driveway and a six-car garage ideal for Kylie Jenner’s impressive collection of rides.
Last year, Kylie bought a 4,851-square foot “starter home” in the same Calabasas development that sisters Khloe and Kourtney also own homes in, and put it on sale for $3,9 million in June.
