The premium $360-million Arthur Erickson-designed Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will start welcoming first guests in mid-November. Featuring 147 guest rooms with floor to ceiling windows, rich woods, and exquisite Italian marble bathrooms with heated floors, signature restaurant, The Mar-a-Lago Spa by Ivanka Trump, and 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space, the world-class hotel is the first hospitality venue to open in the city in over 6 years. Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will also be home to a lobby champagne bar and pool bar nightclub, both firsts for Vancouver.
Above the hotel will be 218 stylish residences, offering residents spectacular views of the North Shore and beyond. It was recently announced that the residential component of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver sold at a higher price-per-square-foot than any other property in Canada, averaging $1,610 per square foot with the sub-penthouse closing for $6.74 million. Three exclusive top-floor penthouses will hit the market early next year.
As the city’s first Trump development, Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver is nestled on Georgia Street in Downtown Vancouver’s Coal Harbour. With no two views exactly alike, the twisting tower stands at 616 feet and 63 stories, and is the second tallest building on the city skyline.
It doesn’t come as a surprise that such an exclusive venue as Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver feature an abundance of unprecedented offerings. Residents will enjoy a chauffeured Rolls-Royce and a private jet share program and dine at the the latest incarnation of the Michelin-starred restaurant Mott 32, which happens to be the most awarded restaurant in Asia.
