Architect Paul Fischman and the team at Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design dared to transform the the original classical design of Villa Venetian, into a minimalist modern oasis. The home renovations included opening up rooms, updating the stairwell, kitchen and master suite as well as altering the rooftop deck. It also required a completely new façade that modified all existing architecture, a new water cascade feature at the entrance, updated landscape, structural and MEP systems.
The result is a stunning villa that includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two powder rooms. One-of-a-kind location with views of downtown Miami and cruise ships make it a real plum for those looking for the ultimate retreat.
A real modern marvel, Villa Venetian features low-energy glass and a Savant Smart Home System that can be controlled remotely by integrated iPhones or iPads to monitors and adjusts amenities such as the home’s lighting, air conditioning, security system and cameras, entrance fountains and lights, and the pool lights and temperature. The smart house boasts a new fully integrated smart theatre, dual glass steam room and sauna assembly imported from Europe, premium Kreon lighting, and designer Italian bathrooms, closets, accessories and kitchen.
