A newly launched project Marasi Business Bay in Dubai, which is developed in the midst of city set on the landscape of Dubai Canal, will feature 12 kilometer long waterside promenade, decked with unlimited entertainment and open area. It is a residential-cum-commercial property introduced by Dubai Properties, the subsidiary of Dubai Holdings and it’s announced that above 1 billion AED would be spent on the development of this entire project.
Conceived by Finnish developers Admare, a pioneer of innovative floating construction, Marasi Business Bay will feature 10 water homes, 2 floating restaurants, yacht club, and water sports activities. It is among the most promising places of city that has huge potential to grow commercially in the near term.
Admare started the production of the floating buildings in October 2016, with all of the manufacturing and outfitting being completed in Finland, before planned transportation by sea to Dubai by end of 2017.
