Dubbed XXII Carat villas, they will present a luxury hotel-inspired lifestyle offering, spacious accommodation with unsurpassed convenience of 24-hour, 7-day a week concierge and exclusive access to private beachfronts spanning 720 ft. with 360° views of Dubai City and the Persian Gulf.
XXII Carat villas ensure absolute luxury and comfort designed with meticulous precision across interior and landscape architecture. This development offers 7-bedroom expansive residential villas with a BUA Sq. Ft. starting from 8,234 and individual plot Sq. Ft. starting from 15,638. Villas also allow access to luxurious amenities which includes a 720-feet private beach, private and members’ swimming pools with poolside cabanas, a club house and a gated community neighboring One&Only The Palm, Zabeel Saray and W Dubai – The Palm hotels.
The entire community is divided into three levels of the Mediterranean architecture-inspired villas, with eight each on the periphery and six in the middle. The middle level of villas is set on an elevated platform and features an underground parking garage. There are also three types of villas — Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire – and each is designed with classic Tuscan accents and Mediterranean-inspired architecture.
The luxury homes provide professional-grade kitchens and custom bathroom cabinetry complete with lightings designed by master French glass cutters, generous floor ceiling heights and expensive deck floor terraces. The villas do not come fully furnished, however Italian firm Transforma Design has arranged several furniture packages and interior options.
The Mediterranean-style holiday villas at the XXII Carat, are on the market for between $10.8million and $24.5million.
