The manufacturer of the finest aftermarket carbon fiber and performance products in the world 1016 Industries revealed its $650,000 purple carbon fiber 720S. The 1016 Industries 720S is a vibrantly colored version of the world’s first 720S designed in fully exposed carbon fiber.
The newest 1016 Industries 720S demostrates the company’s devotion to delivering the most audaciously customized high-performance exotic vehicles. Years of research and development were dedicated to master the complex build processes that resulted in impressive bespoke exotics.
The purple 720S is the latest example. This car features a more than 250-pound weight reduction while incorporating a BF stage 2 tune. Overall vehicle power was upgraded with a 900 hp output (nearly 200 more hp than the original vehicle). The supercar is finished off with an exclusive race exhaust system outfitted in stainless steel.
Since day one, purple was really the boldest color that 1016 Industries could think of to showcase a fully exposed carbon 720S. Everything was designed to complement all the small details on the car. For this 720S, our carbon fiber work is the centerpiece. In addition to the unique styling and design, the benefits of integrating carbon fiber materials into exotic platforms like the 720S is undeniable. At 1016 Industries, our focus is perfecting how the best applied materials can be used to make exotics not only stand out, but outperform at every level. – Peter Northrop, 1016 Industries Founder
Vehicles such as the new 1016 Industries purple 720S are possible thanks to the company’s unique approach to manufacturing, which significantly expanded production in the United States. To date, the company has launched three new manufacturing facilities in the U.S. to join their global facilities in Europe and China. In control of their supply pipeline, the full suite of 1016 Industries parts and products are ready and available for clients with no shortages.
As most companies focused on global manufacturing, 1016 Industries developed an infrastructure where our company scaled here, Stateside. The last year has been one of amazing demand, and our company took steps early on to make sure that we could keep ahead of our clients’ requests. Thanks to our focus on manufacturing, 1016 Industries is able to make our designs faster, more accurately, and efficiently to keep up with sales. We made sure to avoid the myriad supply chain issues facing most of our competitors right now.
The $650,000 purple 1016 Industries 720S once again demonstrates the great potential in using carbon fiber and 3D printing in exotic automotive design.
