British luxury lingerie retailer Agent Provocateur goes astrophysical and rolls out its space-inspired Christmas lookbook. The campaign is once again fronted by British model Eliza Cummings, who happens to be one of the most in demand supermodels today and is the go-to face for elegance with an edge.
Eliza Cummings has appeared on covers for Dazed & Confused, i-D, Wonderland, Vogue Italia, Vogue UK, V magazine & W magazine to name a few and has appeared in campaigns for brands including Emporio Armani, Balenciaga, Coach and Vivienne Westwood.
For its Christmas Lookbook, Agent Provocateur picked up cosmic theme: “Somewhere in the galaxy, 2017, the evil Modesty Authority have gained control of the lingerie universe, banning attractive garments on all planets. But a group of rebel agents, the Agent Alliance, are determined to fight, and restore life to women’s knicker drawers everywhere.” Eliza Cummings poses in festive favorites like Lorna, Poppie, Sparkle, Andee corset, Felinda, sultry bodies and playsuits, as she prepares to travel to Planet Provocateur to new horizons of celestial sex appeal, revealing new lingerie, swimwear and ready-to-wear styles that are hotter than the sun.
The $2,205 sequinned bodysuit Latoya is one of the most expensive pieces. All-over overprinted sequins in silver and pink are bound onto a comfortable black fabric, crafted in a close-fitting, high-necked and long-sleeved silhouette. At the gusset, poppers fasten to keep the body smoothly in place. A separate black bodysuit is sold with Latoya – an ’80s-esque powermesh and silk satin piece with structured, stiff-foamed cups for a futuristic feel, structured seam detail and adjustable shoulder straps. The black inner body is perfect to wear beneath the sequinned outer to ensure opacity when wearing Layota beyond the bedroom.
