Scheduled to be delivered this year, the Grande Trideck megayacht is Azimut Yachts‘ largest ship to date and also its very first three-deck vessel. The exterior design, penned by Alberto Mancini, features a number of innovations in terms of layout, while Achille Salvagni-designed interiors reflect the lifestyle of today’s owner who is seeking versatility and informality. The water lines are by Pierluigi Ausonio’s firm P.l.a.n.a., with a D2P® Displacement to Planing hull created in collaboration with the Azimut Research and Development centre guaranteeing maximum efficiency at all speeds.
The 38.2-metre long, 7.9-metre wide Azimut Grande Trideck yacht features elegant and dynamic exterior lines. However, a raised deck in the stern creates a series of unexpected exterior spaces. From the central gangway guests can directly get to the Aft Raised Deck.The creation of this raised deck opened the door to three new zones: a Sea View Terrace (spacious lounge zone that is raised above the water), Beach Club (a full height ceiling living room on the sea) and Private Patio (an intimate space a few steps below the Sea View Terrace).
The Upper Deck features another versatile full-beam space, separated from the external area by a glass door that opens up to create one vast dining/lounge area. The Sun Deck houses a forward bar and a custom spa tube surrounded by a sun pad and freestanding furniture.
The formal dining area can be foun don the upper deck, designed as a single spacious zone that lends itself to convivial gatherings. The Main Deck features the main kitchen, while the Upper Deck includes a service galley. The Owner can substitute the latter for an additional VIP cabin, on top of the four guest cabins located at midship on Lower and the owner’s suite on the Main Deck.
Azimut Grande Trideck offers an upper range engine option at 2600 mHP with a maximum speed up to 23/24 knots and a cruising speed up to 20/21 knots. The yacht is constructed in carbon fiber and added features of epoxy resin and vinylester to reduce her weight and improve speed, range, and fuel consumption performance.
