The billionaire scrap metal recycling and crypto entrepreneur (Owner and CEO of Upstate Shredding – Weitsman Recycling and founder of Viridium) was represented by Chad Carroll of Compass, who he connected with on Instagram. Adam Weitsman made the offer sight unseen and the deal was closed virtually.

The sale set a record price for Jade Signature, that has been completed in 2018 and developed by Fortune International Group. There are now only two sky villas remaining, which are the last developer units available. Sandra Chartouni with Fortune International Realty repped the seller.
