Inspired by the luxe travel trunks from the 20s, Döttling The Gallery safe is priced from about $90,000, and features high-gloss nickel fittings and sides covered in the finest calfskin
German safe manufacturer Döttling, prominent for producing the worlds safest luxury safes, originate from the Döttling manufactory in Sindelfingen, in the heart of a region, which contains well-known companies like Mercedes-Benz and Porsche.
A very revealing Döttling The Gallery safe is dressed in high-gloss nickel fittings and sides covered in the finest calfskin. Inspired by the the timelessly elegant appearance of luxe travel cases from the Roaring Twenties, the stylish safe is one mighty beast. The door integrates a bulletproof, 30-mm-thick armored glass window, which allows a clear view of the valuables inside, even when closed. “Admire but don’t touch” principle works until the glass window is switched from transparent to opaque by remote control. Döttling Gallery is a real tour de force from artisans, as the bolt work had to be mounted within a very confined space around the glass without even remotely compromising security.
The interior of The Gallery, lined with the finest Alcantara leather, features 24 precision watch winders – protected by a Döttling fingerprint high-security lock – which can optionally be equipped with innovative Touch & Move technology. The safe features four drawers with black-stained Japanese Tamo Ash veneers, an extendable table, and four secret compartments. Seventeen infinitely dimmable LED spotlights impressively stage the treasures inside. A true Art!
The German safe maker’s posh and powerful safes are used by celebrities and world leaders to guard pricey items.
