40 Bleecker, NoHo’s rare new development and highly-anticipated boutique luxury condominium by celebrated interior designer-to-the-stars Ryan Korban, has officially commenced closings and welcomed residents.
Located in the coveted historically landmarked neighborhood on the corner of Bleecker and Mulberry Streets, the 12-story building offers 61 1-5 bedroom residences and a curated collection of amenities, including access to in-residence treatments and consultations provided by Clean Market, the groundbreaking New York-based wellness spa and boutique that is the anchor retail tenant for the project.
The building is nearing the completion and unveiling of a trio of unique furnished model residences by Colony, the designers’ co-op. Located on the building’s 7th floor, the three curated homes of different size are inspired by moments and eras in fashion history, including Paris in the 1920s, London in the 1970s and Tokyo in the 1980s.
40 Bleecker’s one-to-five-bedroom residences – including the six penthouses that crown the top of the building in a series of prominent architectural setbacks – feature fine bespoke detail and custom finishes unique for a new development project of this size. Elegantly proportioned residences boast high ceilings, enormous banks of windows, and a richly layered palette of materials hand-selected by Korban that pull from various eras and design influences.
Developed by Broad Street Development with architecture by Rawlings Architects, sales and marketing for the building are being exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing – with a team led by “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes and Sarah Burke. Now well over 50% sold, including five of six penthouses, remaining residences at 40 Bleecker are priced from $3.365 million.
