Fort Partners, the Miami-based development company led by developer and entrepreneur Nadim Ashi, announced that its premier project, Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, is now over 50 percent sold. Since launching sales last year, the first five-star development in Broward County has attracted buyers from all around the globe with its world-class design, easy connectivity, desirable location, and comprehensive suite of services and amenities.
The development broke ground last spring and is significantly underway, with the superstructure is expected to rise in March. They’ve also brought on a premier construction management firm, Lehrer Cumming, to oversee the project, which is on track to welcome its first residents and guests to the yachting capital of the world in 2020.
Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale will offer its residents the best of South Florida and beyond. They will enjoy access to Fort Partner’s premier portfolio including The Surf Club in Miami, Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, and Norman’s Cay, an exclusive island in the Bahamas, where they will be treated to preferred rates on dining and hotel stays, and special courtesies.
The 22- story hotel and condominium development will include 90 residences and 130 guest rooms. The expansive residences range in size from one- to four-bedrooms, including furnished and unfurnished options. Each luxury home will offer sprawling living spaces and generous outdoor terraces with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Pricing for two- to four-bedroom private residences begins at $3.795 million.
