Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world at 1,550 feet, will also be home to the world’s highest private club in a residential building. The developer is Extell Development Company, which pioneered the development of ultra-luxury condominiums along Billionaire’s Row with One57, and is once again redefining luxury living with Central Park Tower‘s 100th Floor.
Located over 1,000 in the air, the 100th Floor at Central Park Tower is the heart of Central Park Club, an exclusive offering of approximately 50,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated luxury services and amenities across three floors. The meticulously crafted 100th floor spans over 8,300 square feet and includes a private ballroom, dining room, bar, full-service kitchen, and wine and cigar lounges—all with incomparable Central Park Tower and skyline views.
Extell has tapped some of the world’s most sought-after Michelin-starred chefs and culinary experts to offer an unparalleled food and beverage program for Central Park Club, giving residents access to world-renowned culinary experiences without ever needing to step outside. Additionally, the unique amenity offerings at Central Park Tower will be managed by a renowned lifestyle specialist—name to be released at a later date, but it’s one you’ll know! The stunning interiors of the 100th Floor were designed by the internationally celebrated design firm Rottet Studio, who also designed the building’s residential interiors.
Additional amenities, located on the 14th and 16th floors, will include an expansive outdoor terrace with swimming pool and cabanas for entertaining, private screening room, residents’ lounge, children’s playground, a full floor of health, wellness, and spa amenities with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and more.
