For the first time the Boy.Friend watch reveals a CHANEL Manufacture movement, visible from the back as well as the front. The graphic, black movement of the Boy.Friend Skeleton timepiece developed by Chanel Haute Horlogerie, underscores the masculine-inspired design elements.
Chanel Boy.Friend Skeleton is available in a 18K beige gold case, and in a 18K beige gold case the bezel of which is set with 66 brilliant-cut diamonds (~0.92 ct). Water resistant to 30m, the timepiece comes with the shiny black alligator strap and 18K beige gold ardillon buckle set with 48 brilliant-cut diamonds (~0.28 ct) for the diamond version and black alligator strap and 18K beige gold gold ardillon buckle for the gold version.
The Boy.Friend Skeleton is powered by Caliber 3 CHANEL manufactured skeleton movement with manual winding. The new movement took the brand three years to develop and is the third in-house movement produced by Chanel, signifying yet again the house’s dedication to haute horology. It features interlinked, vertically aligned circles giving the dial a refined, minimalist aesthetic. The manual-winding mechanical movement comes with a power reserve of 55 hours. It is made up of 114 components.
Pure lines, balanced proportions, perfected shapes: The Boy.Friend watch is an alluring blend of boldness and restraint. Radically elegant, it dares to challenge established codes, erasing the lines between masculine and feminine style.
