Chanel presents the first Coco Neige collection. This new winter line, created by Karl Lagerfeld, brings together the worlds of skiing and the codes of the House. With the winter range, the designer proposes a new take on the spirit of winter sports so dear to Gabrielle Chanel.
This sportswear wardrobe is a combination of high-tech clothing and winter ready-to-wear. Referencing the Alpine lifestyle, the Norwegian-inspired sweaters, the soft padded and down jackets, and the mountain accessories sporting the double C. The collection also includes booties in Chanel’s signature two-tone trope, mittens and berets. Even the bags were reimagine to match the collection’s winter aesthetic.
The new Coco Neige collection is embodied by Margot Robbie. Photographed by Karl Lagerfeld to embody the Coco Neige campaign, the Australian actress was even invited to visit 31 rue Cambon during her recent trip to Paris. Walking up the iconic mirrored staircase, the House ambassador discovered the Haute Couture salon as well as Gabrielle Chanel’s own apartment, unchanged since her time.
