Tishman, a New York-based, vertically integrated real estate owner, operator, developer and advisor, has brought on Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group to handle the exclusive sales and marketing for the remaining 70 residences at the luxury Midtown condo building, 505 W 43. In April, Tishman acquired the 70 residences in a bulk deal from the developer the Elad Group. The sales efforts from The Corcoran Group are led by Norma-Jean Callahan and Richard Hottinger of the recently created Hottinger-Callahan Team and Shelley O’Keefe.
Located at the intersection of Hell’s Kitchen and Hudson Yards, 505 W 43 is comprised of two boutique towers situated around a lush courtyard. Formerly known as Charlie West, the building was designed by ODA New York with interiors and a comprehensive collection of amenities designed by Andres Escobar.
The 16-story building boasts 121 studio to four-bedroom residences, including seven penthouses. Ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, the apartments are priced starting at $750,000.
The building will reveal five new model residences that will feature furnishings by Williams-Sonoma brands, including selections from retailers such as West Elm, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Teen.
Open-plan layouts feature fully equipped kitchens with custom Italian millwork by Scavolini, quartz stone counters and backsplashes and oak plank floors. The kitchens are outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances from brands such as Bosch and Thermador. Custom-fitted master bathrooms feature Calacatta marble, walnut and white lacquer finishes.
505 W 43 features hotel-like amenities throughout, including a beautiful lobby that also serves as a private residents’ lounge and library with a fireplace, a double-height indoor pool with adjacent outdoor sundeck, roof terrace, planted courtyard garden, a modern children’s playroom, a bike room and a state-of-the-art fitness center uniquely positioned to maximize sunlight.
