Glendalough Irish Coffee
- 2 oz. Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey
- 2 Teaspoons Demerara Sugar
- 4 oz. Freshly Brewed Coffee
- Topped (slowly) with Heavy Cream
- Garnish: Coffee Beans
Pour coffee into an Irish coffee cup, add sugar and whiskey. Stir and top with heavy cream. Garnish with coffee beans.
Glendalough Very Old Fashioned
- 2 oz. Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey
- ⅓ oz. Simple syrup
- 2 dashes of Bitters
- Fresh Orange Peel
Add all ingredients to a tumbler, stir, add ice, stir again, and garnish with a twisted orange peel.
Glendalough Fall Apple Fizz
- 1 ½ oz. Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey
- ⅓ oz. Pear Liqueur
- ⅔ oz. Lemon Juice
- ⅓ oz. Honey Syrup

- 2 oz. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin
- ½ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
- ½ oz. Maple Syrup
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 oz. Egg Whites
- Garnish: Dehydrated Persimmon Wheel, Star Anise & Lavender seed
Dry shake without ice, then shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a Coupe glass and add garnishes. Finish with a spray of Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin.
