277 Fifth Avenue boasts a Jeffrey Beers custom-made, 24-foot stunning chandelier made of 18 strands of brass-trimmed pendants that elegantly hang down the white spiral staircase’s center. The contemporary chandelier cascades from the luxury condominium’s amenity floors and is visible from Fifth Avenue onlookers through the space’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
525 West 52nd Street
Evoking early-20th-century industrial lighting, the 10,000-square-foot lobby at 525 West 52nd Street, a luxury rental in Hell’s Kitchen, features hanging Edison-style bulbs and exposed hardware. With interiors by Handel Architects, the modern fixture perfectly complement 525’s industrial-inspired design with its polished concrete gallery floors, corten steel sculptural elements, wood ceilings and hand woven custom rugs and art pieces.
Office of KPMB Architect, 351 King Street East

Toronto-based KPMB Architects debuted a custom-made LED fixture by Artemide in the break room of the firm’s recently completed new office, which stretches across the room in oblong shapes.
Skyline Tower
Skyline Tower features several modern, geometric chandeliers with bronze accents, adding a warm glow throughout the building’s lobby area, balanced by sleek marble floors. Interiors at the luxury Long Island City condominium were designed by Hill West Architects’ design arm, Whitehall Interiors.
Reach Residence at Brickell City Centre
Leading real estate developer, Swire Properties Inc, tapped internationally recognized design firm, Addison House, to curate one of the penthouses located in Reach Residence at Brickell City Centre. Inspired by the project’s urban lifestyle of fashion and luxury, the designers, Michael Hernandez and Joel Leizan, handpicked a modern chandelier for the dining room with gold accents to pair courant style and retro inspiration.

The dining room at contemporary San Francisco home, Residence 2646 ($34M) features a modern Il Pezzo Mancante “The Missing Piece” chandelier imported from Tuscany. Known for its use of quality raw materials and forward-thinking design, the handcrafted Il Pezzo Mancante masterpiece is a perfect match for the Troon Pacific-designed home, which is designed with sustainability and wellness in mind.

Overlooking the penthouse level of Residence 2646 is a Terzani I Lucci Argentati “School of Light” chandelier. The modern design draws from nature, creating a whimsical and modern feel. In line with Troon Pacific‘s biophilic design intent, the chandelier mimics natural forms like water ripples and aquatic life.

543 48th Avenue showcases a BOCI custom-made waterfall chandelier that adds grandeur to the Long Island City townhouse. The raindrop-esque chandelier drops elegantly from the living room’s 18-foot ceilings, making it a unique conversation starter. Leading Queens based brokerage Modern Spaces is exclusively handling sales for the property.

Located in South Point, Miami and designed by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, the project has a grand modern chandelier in the middle of the room that was inspired by the ebb and flow of the blue ocean, which simultaneously serves as the building’s backdrop.
1400 West Monroe
Designed to standout, the custom light fixtures by NY-based Mojo Stumer elevate the modern interiors at 1400 West Monroe, the 42-home residential development coming to Chicago’s West Loop.
