Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island reopens its signature rooftop lounge Eclipse Terrace Lounge that entices guests with masterful mixology, bold cuisine and sweeping views of the UAE’s capital.
Guests at Eclipse Terrace Lounge will have a chance to sample Asian cuisine prepared by Executive Sous Chef Christian Buenrostro. His ocean-inspired classic, the poke bowl is one of such dishes with the freshest salmon and tuna.
The updated Eclipse dinner menu features salmon tataki (tuna belly with sriracha caviar), the aromatic air bread wagyu beef pocket and his childhood favorite the charred sweet corn salad. Guests can choose from 11 various types of tempura, sashimi, maki and nigiri before delving into a hot selection of five carefully curated main dishes. Chef Christian believes that his signature wagyu sirloin should always be included in the order when dining at Eclipse.\
The menu also includes seven various types of masterfully crafted desserts such as the best seller peanut caramel bar with homemade salted caramel, or the Japanese sticky rice cake mochi in six district flavours – all courtesy of Executive Pastry Chef Rasika Mahina.
A true master of his craft, Restaurant and Lounge Manager Altaf Shaikh brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked at both Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai and Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. At Eclipse Terrace Lounge, he has created a venue where the atmosphere is spot-on day or night.
Master mixologist Luigi Landi introduces guests to the world of magic through his signature cocktails. His favourite is the Disappearing Lemon, an Italian gioco involving four shakers and slices of lemon.
