Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club and Le Sirenuse Miami created Amalfi coast-inspired experience at Surfside’s legendary oceanfront location. After extensive travels through Positano, Champagne Bar’s Head Bartender Valentino Longo and Bar Manager Jacopo Rosito have created a brand new cocktail menu in celebration of coastal Italy. Named Amore Eterno, this menu incorporates the best elements the region is famous for like pasta, tomato, anchovy, art, lemons, wine, music and the Sersale family.
Guests can experience Amore Eterno at Champagne Bar every Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight, and Friday to Saturday from 12:00 noon to 12:30 am.
Each beautifully hand-crafted cocktail will transport guests to the splashing shores of the Amalfi Coast. The full list of cocktails includes:

The hotel received six awards at the 2019 Miami Hospitality Design Awards held on April 3, 2019. The Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association (GMBHA), and Oberhausen Marketing & Public Relations hosted the awards, with presenting sponsor Hospitality Design magazine. Celebrating its striking architecture by Kobi Karp and Richard Meier, along with stunning interiors by Joseph Dirand, the Hotel received the Merit Award of Excellence in the following categories: Overall Hotel, Hotel Lobby/Reception, Hotel Guest Room, Hotel Guest Suite – Marybelle Penthouse Suite, Hotel Restaurant – Le Sirenuse Miami Restaurant, Hotel Nightclub, Bar, Lounge – Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar.
More than 100 submissions were received across 22 categories, and winners were selected by a distinguished group of industry leaders including the Editor in Chief of Hospitality Design magazine, Stacy Shoemaker Rauen.
