On November 27th, Extell Development Company hosted an “Unwrapping” event at The Kent to mark a major milestone – the completion of the building. Guests had a firsthand preview of a suite of luxury amenity spaces such as a Sound Lounge crafted by Lenny Kravitz Design, Garden Salon, Drawing Room, 55’ Indoor Saltwater Pool, Infrared Sauna, Fitness Center and Stroller Valet. The event also showcased two model residences including a grand five-bedroom home designed by Patrik Lönn and a four-bedroom model designed by Shamir Shah. Extell’s Senior Vice President, Raizy Haas, addressed the crowd, which included notable brokers such as Pam Liebman, Wendy Greenbaum, Tamir Shemesh and Michelle Kleier.
Designed by award winning architect Beyer Blinder Belle with interiors by Champalimaud Design, The Kent is a new addition to Extell’s premier portfolio of Upper East Side luxury residences. The development features 83 condominiums ranging from three-to-five-bedroom homes with the sophisticated yet modern aesthetic buyers look for in an Upper East Side home. The gracious homes are filled with natural night, oversized windows and well-appointed layouts. The Extell choice gives owners the rare opportunity to choose from a range of fine finish selections.
Remaining availability includes three-to-five-bedroom apartments with prices starting from $3,742,000. Buyers will also benefit from a 20-year, 421A tax abatement.
