A 14-story luxury condominium building One Essex Crossing is the seventh building in Essex Crossing community which is located within Manhattan’s vibrant Lower East Side. Essex Crossing is one of the most significant urban renewal developments in the history of New York City and, when complete, will include nine sites across six acres.

Designed inside and out by architecture firm CetraRuddy, One Essex Crossing features 83 light-filled residences with skyline views, shared and private outdoor space, and a wealth of indoor/outdoor amenities. Residents enter the building on Broome Street and cross a glass-enclosed bridge that features direct sightlines to the historic Essex Market and new Market Line retail below.
Built around an elevated 9,000 square-foot amenity garden, the residential portion of One Essex Crossing is set atop a podium. 30% of residences feature private outdoor space and range in size from 518 square-foot studios to 2,187 square-foot three bedrooms, as well as a variety of penthouses. Fumed wide-plank European White Oak flooring throughout and custom kitchens designed with innovative storage and display shelving, tabac oak and taupe glossy lacquer cabinetry with polished nickel fittings, honed Dolomiti marble countertops and backsplashes, and Miele appliances can be found in lavish homes.
Private residential amenities include a 9,000 square-foot landscaped garden terrace with city views and an outdoor fitness area.

Two glass-enclosed amenity peninsulas, overlooking the garden, house The Fitness Studio with a separate yoga room and The Sun Room, a residents’ lounge with spaces for working and relaxation.
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales for One Essex Crossing. Pricing ranges from $890,000 for a studio to $6,689,000 for a duplex penthouse. Occupancy is anticipated later this year.
