Magnolia DUMBO, a 320-unit luxury rental building at 160 Front Street, has revealed a first look at its new amenities that are located in the exclusive Magnolia Club. They are designed in partnership with WorkOf and founder Charlie Miner and complement the Morris Adjmi-designed building.
The name of the amenity-rich rental building is a homage to the beautiful tree-lined colonnade entrance on Front Street and York Street. Magnolia DUMBO is Brooklyn’s only luxury rental apartment address encircling the largest private park in DUMBO. Located at the center of the building, this park encompasses over 23,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor space.
One of the most sought-after amenities in a New York City summer is a pool, and Magnolia DUMBO recently announced the opening of their rooftop pool and resort deck overlooking the Manhattan Bridge. Residents enjoy access to private cabanas and stunning NYC skyline views while relaxing poolside.
The luxury property boasts one of the most extensive amenity collections offered in a New York rental, stretching more than 100,000 square feet across the building.
There is a terrace lounge with an outdoor fireplace, a high-tech media and gaming room, a children’s playroom, and pet spa just to name a few. The wellness center has three full levels of fitness equipment, a full-sized basketball court, and indoor pool. Residents can enjoy their favorite beverages and socialize with their neighbors in the Magnolia lounge.
The building is now 75% leased.
