Miami-based real estate developer Fort Partners has paid off its $210 million construction loan at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, the city’s first five-star development. Financed by Madison Realty Capital, the loan became the largest residential construction loan in Fort Lauderdale history when it closed in 2019.
The announcement comes on the heels of Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale’s highly anticipated opening in March. Only three of its 83 condominium residences are left for sale, with pricing for the last remaining units starting at $4.6 million.

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale features 148 guest rooms, an expansive third floor Ocean Terrace overlooking the ocean, spa and wellness offerings, Kids For All Seasons, oceanfront dining at Evelyn’s Table, and Honey Fitz, the lobby cafe and champagne bar. The uppermost floors of the 22-story tower feature 83 residences ranging in size from one- to four-bedrooms. Each luxury home offers expansive living spaces and generous outdoor terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

The award-winning designer Tara Bernerd led the interior design for the residences and hotel, while Miami-based architect Kobi Karp is responsible for the building’s breathtaking architecture. Hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki created the design of the signature culinary experiences at the forthcoming Ocean Terrace restaurant.
