Anticipated to open its doors in 2026, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville is destined to become the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards, bringing with it a wave of urban rejuvenation and historic transformation to Downtown Jacksonville.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will redefine luxury living and offer an unparalleled experience to its guests, residents, and the local community. The hotel will feature 170 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites, along with 26 Private Residences, ensuring a sense of exclusivity and sophistication. From the moment visitors step foot into the hotel, they will be treated to a world-class experience characterized by the renowned quality and genuine care that the Four Seasons brand is famous for.
Nestled along the scenic banks of the St. Johns River, the hotel’s strategic location adjacent to the Sports Complex and proposed Stadium of the Future is an added advantage. With the Jacksonville Jaguars making their home at the renovated and reimagined EverBank Stadium, the hotel will be in the heart of the action, hosting both national and international sports and entertainment events, enriching the local community for generations to come.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will offer a range of dining and lounge outlets, including a signature rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day restaurant, a pool bar and grill, and a stylish lobby bar. The conceptual design for the project was created by Pininfarina America, while HKS, a renowned architectural firm, is leading the design with ODA overseeing the interior design and EDSA handling the landscape design. Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will be the second Four Seasons property owned by Shahid Khan, who also owns the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. His first venture with the Four Seasons brand, the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, has garnered universal acclaim as one of the premier luxury destinations worldwide.
The Jacksonville Shipyards project, of which Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville is a part, is set to revitalize Downtown Jacksonville. Phase One of the project will include a six-story office building, a revamped marina, Metropolitan Park, and a marina services building, in addition to the hotel and residences. Ample park space and walking paths connecting to the riverwalk will further enhance the project’s appeal, fostering a vibrant atmosphere for both residents and visitors.
Looking ahead, Phase Two of the Jacksonville Shipyards will see the development of a five-acre property with plans for mixed-use development.
