Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, the city’s first five-star development, has just gone into contract on its crown jewel, Penthouse 2202, for $15.4 million. The transaction is the most expensive condominium sale ever recorded in the market and broke the record previously set by the sale of Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale’s $15 million Penthouse 2201 in 2021. This record-breaking news comes on the heels of the development commencing first closings last week.
Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale has fetched unprecedented prices for the city, with residences averaging $2,000 per square foot. With only six residences remaining for sale, the development is fast approaching sellout. Pricing for final inventory begins at $4.6 million, with move-ins slated for next month.
The building is leading Fort Lauderdale’s transformation into a luxury destination and showcases the strength of the Four Seasons brand and the innovative vision of Fort Partners, the Miami-based firm leading the condominium’s development.
Spanning over 11,000 interior and exterior square feet, the record-breaking Penthouse 2202 features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a library and a private rooftop overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
It is characterized by elegant interiors, expansive living spaces, and direct elevator entry from a private residential lobby designed by Tara Bernerd.
Owners of this penthouse will enjoy access to Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale’s collection of amenities and services. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, two pools with luxury cabanas, beach butler, yachting and pet concierge services, a signature Four Seasons spa and multiple onsite culinary experiences, including Evelyn’s Table, a restaurant serving coastal cuisine with eastern Mediterranean flavors at the Ocean Terrace, and Honey Fitz, the hotel lobby café and champagne bar named after the Presidential yacht made famous by John F. Kennedy.
