H. Moser & Cie. jumps on a rainbow trend and decorates its Streamliner Tourbillon watch with sapphires in all the colors of the rainbow. The Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow timepiece’s case middle in 5N red gold or steel featurescarefully selected sparkling gemstones that emphasize the beauty of the one-minute flying tourbillon fitted with a double hairspring.
The Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow showcases how the jeweler’s art and watchmaking expertise can be combined perfectly. Sixty sparkling baguette-cut colored sapphires decorate this watch which is available in 5N red gold or steel. Selected with the utmost care, each stone is unique in both shape and color. The gems are precisely positioned in a closed setting on the case middle ro illuminate the beautiful Vantablack or fumé dial with a perfect double ombré effect. The gradient of tones resemples the colors of the rainbow, and the gradient of sizes creates the cushion shape of the Streamliner case.
The one-minute flying tourbillon is positioned at 6 o’clock. This automatic HMC 804 caliber is fitted with a double hairspring designed and produced in-house by H. Moser & Cie.’s sister company Precision Engineering AG. Thanks to this pair of matched hairsprings, the movement of the point of gravity on each spring when it expands is corrected and the effect of friction reduced, significantly improving accuracy and isochronism in the continual pursuit of perfection.
The steel edition of the Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow model costs $119,900, while the red-gold version is available for $175,000.
