Dutch yacht guru Heesen Yachts brings its 37 metre motor yacht Ilona to London
Following her latest renovation, the Dutch shipyard Heesen Yachts is set to unveil the 37 metre all aluminium superyacht Ilona in London on May 19th. The 37 metre super yacht was launched in 2007. Heesen Yachts teamed up with Omega Architects to complete both her interior and exterior design refit including the changing of her previously dark hull in snow white.
Upon drifting to London, the Heesen Team will be on board Ilona to assist visitors around during the open day on the 19th, or by appointment on the 18th and 20th. The latter are set to witness a spacious semi-displacement full-aluminium motor yacht with a maximum speed of 28 knots provided by twin MTU 12V 4000 M90 diesel engines. The luxurious vessel from Heesen Yachts accommodates up to 12 guests in total comfort over five cabins on board, including a full beam owner’s suite.
Ilona from Heesen Yachts features a sophisticated and contemporary design that is reflected in lounging area with two downy wicker and cream sofas and a large table. The floor is made of dark bamboo highlighted with the cherry wood cabinets and panelling in the main salon. State of the art audio visual systems are installed with a kaleidescape system accessed on the aft deck, main salon and master cabin.
The luxurious and fully equipped master cabin is situated on the main deck forward of the salon. It features a spacious a seating area, a generous walk in wardrobe a flat screen television and a vanity unit. The gracious en suite master cabin also boasts a large walk-in shower en-suite with his and hers entrance and facilities conjoined by the central shower.
Out to the sun deck, there is Jacuzzi area with large sun pads, an outdoor gym equipped with a running machine, pull up bars and weights.
