Heron, the first and newest building at Water Street Tampa – the first WELL-certified neighborhood in the world – has just had its first residents move in. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Cecconi Simone and landscape design by Raymond Jungles, it will also be LIVunLtd’s first project in Florida. Residents will experience best-in-class service from a 24-hour concierge and amenity management company famous for its personalized service, innovative social programming and 360-degree wellness offerings.
Following a successful pre-leasing period in which more than 25 percent of the 420 rental residences were reserved, Heron offers in-person tours for potential residents. The building is professionally managed by ZRS Management Company, a premier multifamily property management firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The building is built to meet LEED Gold standards and will include amenities and programming designed to promote well-being.
Heron offers a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 555 to 2,206 square feet. Each boasts a private terrace ranging from 122 to 753 square feet. The residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, Caesarstone quartz counters, custom European cabinetry, and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances by Fisher & Paykel. Every home is equipped with customizable Elfa closet systems, floating bathroom vanities, soaking tubs, and rainfall showerheads.
Residents will enjoy access to a full suite of amenities that includes a rooftop pool with cabanas, outdoor kitchen and barbecue areas, fitness center, bar, and lounge spaces on each of its dual towers. The concierge team will assist homeowners with everything from move-in coordination to art shipping and installation, not to mention a vast array of home services such as housekeeping, personal in-home chefs, music instructors, dog walkers and much more. Residents will have a chance to attend bespoke virtual and in-person events, such as cooking demonstrations with master chefs, fitness and meditation classes, and expert discussions on relevant topics like sleep wellness, urban gardening and more. Heron will also be home to 40,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, including the city’s first GreenWise Market by Publix.
