Horizon Yachts has just announced the much-anticipated launch of the ninth hull of its successful FD100 Tri-Deck model. This latest addition, the result of meticulous design and expert craftsmanship, is creating waves in the yachting world. Enthusiasts and connoisseurs will have the opportunity to experience the FD100 Tri-Deck firsthand at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. This particular FD100 Tri-Deck holds a special place in Horizon Yachts’ portfolio as it marks the fourth collaboration with an experienced owner who has been an integral part of the yacht’s journey from the build to the recent delivery. The owner, having worked with Horizon on his last three yachts, found comfort in the design, layout, and amenities of the FD100, opting for this model as an inventory boat during the build process.
Flexibility is the hallmark of the new FD100, evident from the moment you step onto the main deck. The aft area boasts a large U-shaped seating arrangement with a Hi/Lo adjustable table, providing an ideal space for gatherings. The main salon, accessed through sliding doors, showcases light European oak and stone facades illuminated by custom lighting features, creating an ambiance of refined luxury.
The FD100 features a traditional layout with an on-deck master stateroom, four ensuite cabins on the lower deck, and private quarters for three crew members. The master stateroom, spanning the full beam, exudes elegance with his-and-hers ensuite facilities and unique lighting elements that add to the overall sophistication.
Ascending to the bridge deck, guests are treated to a skylounge with an asymmetrical enclosed design, doubling as a second salon equipped with a wet bar, TV, and refrigerator. The outdoor space on the bridge deck offers a U-shaped sofa, a large dining table, and side decks leading to the foredeck lounging area.
A notable feature of this FD100 is the installation of a Jacuzzi tub on the uppermost tri-deck space, a first for the FD Series. This convivial area, perfect for entertainment, also houses a wet bar, plentiful sunpads, and a 55’ Hi/Lo LED television that rotates for optimal viewing.
