Elegance in Design
The hotel’s design, crafted by the renowned California-based hospitality firm Hirsch Bedner Associates, follows the principles of Feng Shui Grand Master Huang Dao. The result is a tranquil, sleek, and modern atmosphere, with an elegant neutral color palette that nods to the natural world. The reception area, adorned with a custom front desk made of Calacatta Extra Marble, sets the stage for a lavish experience complemented by plush furnishings, bespoke artwork, and natural light.
Guestrooms and suites, including a 2,000-square-foot Presidential Suite, offer unmatched views through expansive windows. The design seamlessly incorporates nature-inspired touches amidst upscale Italian vegan leather furnishings and sleek black accent furniture. The hotel boasts an expansive 12,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, making it an ideal destination for unforgettable celebrations.
A Culinary Haven
At the heart of the complex lies the Parisian cocktail lobby bar and bistro, CE LA VI Bellevue, a chic social hub that invites guests to unwind and connect. The space is dominated by a one-of-a-kind, stunning hand-blown glass light fixture, casting a warm and inviting glow throughout. The hotel’s diverse restaurant concepts include an open-fire concept by three-Michelin-starred Chef Joshua Skenes, pastaRAMEN by James Beard-nominated Chef Robbie Felice, a luxury sushi-dining concept curated by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and the cult-favorite gourmet ice cream shop Salt & Straw.
Wellness and Recreation
Anticipating every guest’s need, the property features a state-of-the-art fitness center and a full-service luxury spa, Le’SPA. The spa offers indulgent treatments, including locally sourced Seaweed body wraps, and features a state-of-the-art storm room where guests can experience the enchanting four seasons of the Pacific Northwest without leaving the hotel.
