One of the world’s top superyacht brokers Alex Clarke of Denison Yachting lists $95,000,000 NFT yacht Project Metaverse. If sold, a 63-meter NFT yacht created by famed naval architect Gregory C Marshall who won the 2021 World Superyacht Awards for his groundbreaking superyacht ‘Artefact’, will be the highest price ever paid for an NFT. North American Shipyard, Delta Marine has agreed to build this innovative superyacht.
To design, mint, market, and sell NFTs, the first digital yacht dealer to the metaverse Cloud Yachts set strategic partnerships with some of the biggest names in the yachting industry including Bob Denison, Gregory C Marshall, Bannenberg & Rowell, Marco Casali, Alex Jimenez (@TheYachtGuy) and Informa Markets.

With the help of his connections in the industry, Alex Clarke tapped Delta Marine to be the shipbuilder for Marshall’s 63-meter superyacht. Customers will have the chance to build their yacht using first of its kind augmented reality technology specifically developed for superyacht builds.
Together, Gregory Marshall, Alex Clarke, Delta Marine, and Cloud Yachts will list the 63-meter yacht NFT on the MLS* (Multiple Listing Service).
