Gucci created a wide-ranging selection of items designed for dogs and cats. The Gucci Pet Collection is showcased in an Alessandro Michele-envisioned campaign that includes pet portraits captured through the dream-like patina of Max Siedentopf’s photographic lens.
The Gucci Pet Collection includes unique mixes of ready-to-wear, accessories, and décor objects that amplify the personalities of each dog and cat. Crafted from the House’s signature beige and ebony GG Supreme canvas, this petite case for an AirTag can house the digital tracking device and can be attached to a pet’s collar by a snap button. The item is complemented by a tonal Demetra trim—created with the same processes used for tanning, the material combines animal-free raw materials primarily from sustainable, renewable, and bio-based sources. Part of a collection of pieces of pet accessories, the waste bag holder features petite Double G. This curated piece is crafted primarily from black Demetra.
From depictions of the Creative Director’s own pets to the wild animals that roam through Gucci’s narrative, animals remain a source of awe and inspiration to the House. The pet bowl is presented in red Herbarium print Richard Ginori porcelain amd can be paired with an elegant cover – a mini version of the tableware found in the Gucci Décor collection. The silver-toned dome is completed by a whimsical fruit handle at the top.
One of the House’s most historic materials, GG Supreme continues to evolve each season. The pet coat is presented in the canvas’ signature color combination of beige and ebony with a tonal trim. The piece of ready-to-wear for pets is completed by an Interlocking G patch. The coat can be paired with a pet collar in beige and ebony GG Supreme canvas with a mini Interlocking G detail.
