Rapper and designer, Kanye West has just launched YEEZY jewelry collection made of of gold chains and rings, created in collaboration with Jacob the Jeweler’s Jacob Arabo. The collection, which represents timeless love, includes 12 pieces of jewelry inspired by 14th-century Florentine art, such as Donatello’s bas-relief portraits. The textured pieces feature the faces standing out in relief or shaped were necessary. The collection includes pendants, medallions, rings and bracelets, and apparently more will be coming along the way in the future. The pieces are 18-karat yellow gold.
The pieces from YEEZY jewelry collection were first channeled by Kim Kardashian during YEEZY Season 4. In addition to wearing selected pieces from the collection while shooting Keeping Up With the Kardashians, she also modeled Yeezy x Jacob jewelry at the 2016 MTV VMAs and during Paris Fashion Week. Kanye West gave a sneak peek to his collection in an interview with Vogue last year.
